One résumé, six different verdicts

The same résumé scores 97 on iCIMS and 66 on Workday.

Most tools hand you one number and tell you to “add keywords.” We score the six major ATS screeners one at a time, so the system that's actually rejecting you stops hiding inside an average.

Sample figures from a demo résumé. These are modeled estimates of how each ATS reads a file. We don't submit your résumé to the live systems, and a good score is no promise of an interview.

Drop your résumé, or browsePDF, DOCX, LaTeX, or TXT. Processed securely and never sold.

Paste it and the report shows, per screener, which of the posting's keywords your résumé matches and which it misses. Skip it and we simply won't run a JD match, we never invent keyword coverage.

Seeing the shape is free. Revealing your six scores is $9.

Is my résumé stored? Not for a free scan: it is processed and discarded. Only paid, signed-in audits save to your History.

Are the scores real? Deterministic and sourced: the same file always scores the same, and every finding cites its evidence. More in the FAQ

By running an audit you agree to our Terms and Privacy. The scores are modeled, not a live ATS run, and no result promises an interview.

One résumé, six scores spread across the spectrum.

Each card is one ATS, scored on its own behavior. Color tracks the score: cooler is higher, warmer is lower.

iCiCIMSTop score
97/100

ALEX parser, 1:30 timeout; a heavy PDF returns an empty profile.

SRSmartRecruitersPass
95/100

Textkernel deep-learning, 300k+ synonyms; the most tolerant of the six.

LVLeverPass
90/100

Full-body keyword index; word-stems but won't expand abbreviations.

TATaleoAt-risk
86/100

Rule-based dictionary, exact-string only; one missing keyword drops you a tier.

GHGreenhouseAt-risk
82/100

Textkernel parse + exact-match base search; knockouts auto-archive.

WDWorkdayHigh parse risk
66/100High parse risk

Skills Cloud NLP; the Summary field is not searchable.

A 31-point spread (9766). Collapse that into one average (86) and the Workday failure disappears.

Why six beats one

A blended score hides the screener that's rejecting you.

FirstRound encodes the documented behavior of each ATS, drawn from dozens of primary sources: Workday's un-searchable summary, Taleo's exact-match-only parser, the roughly 90-second parse window in iCIMS. The engine is deterministic, so the same résumé always scores the same and every point traces back to a specific issue we detected. The scores are still modeled estimates, and they may not match any one employer's ATS configuration.
